KS1 Drama Workshop06/03/19
On Tuesday 26th March Years R, 1 and 2 participated in a drama and dance workshop run by a company called Perform. The workshop was all about a Superhero teacher called Supa Dupa. Her mission was to find brave children to train as Superheroes to help save Planet Earth, and, in particular, to stop us using so much plastic!
Using dance, drama and singing, the children went on a high-energy, interactive mission to help solve the crisis, learning how to Reduce, Re-use, Recycle and understanding the important role we all have in preserving the Earth's resources.
Perform are offering a free session to every child and a £40 discount! They run sessions in Ashford and Folkestone every week, if you would like more information please see their website perform.org.uk/venues
The children thoroughly enjoyed this session and were talking about it for the rest of the day
