Year 3 celebrated the Jewish festival Tu B' Shevat
This week in Year 3 we celebrated the Jewish festival Tu B' Shevat.
Tu B ' Shevat is a traditional jewish festival celebrating all things nature and traditionally new trees are planted. We tasted some classic Tu B'Shevat fruits ; figs, pomegranate, kiwis and pears. There were mixed reviews! We celebrated nature by creating cereal bird strings and hung them up on the trees in the playground and planted some cress.
